Arrival & Departure
The Avalon is a large property and we appreciate you leaving promptly to allow time for our team of professional cleaners to make the house spotless.
If you arrive early bags may be left in the hallway but please stay out of the way so we can prepare the house for you.

Dogs
The Avalon is dog friendly. We want our four legged guests to enjoy their stay as much as you.
Beds and bowls are provided but please note there is a charge of £40/dog per stay to enable us to deep clean after your stay.
The garden is walled, fenced and gated for dogs but please use at your own risk and check it is suitably secure for your dogs, we don't take any responsibility for Houdinis ! Please clean up.
We hope your dogs don't cause any damage which will have to be deducted from your security deposit. We appreciate you contacting us with any problems so repairs can be made asap.
